Submission Guidelines

Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your paper

Paper Format

Papers must be formatted according to Springer LNEE guidelines. Use the official template provided by Springer for consistent formatting.

Page Limit

Papers should not exceed 12 pages including references, figures, and tables. Additional pages may incur extra charges.

Language

All papers must be written in clear, grammatically correct English. Professional editing is recommended for non-native speakers.

Submission Portal

All submissions must be made through the official conference submission portal using Microsoft CMT.

Review Process

All papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process by experts in the field.

Originality

Papers must be original, unpublished work not under consideration elsewhere. Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.

Authors Guidelines

Important guidelines and requirements for paper submission

Papers should be written in English only.

The similarity index (plagiarism) must not exceed 10% (as per Turnitin/iThenticate).

Papers that are under review or published elsewhere will not be considered.

All papers must be formatted according to the Springer Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS) template.

Submissions should be in PDF/Word format, prepared using Springer's LaTeX or MS Word templates available on Springer Templates.

The paper length should be 8 – 12 pages, including figures, tables, and references.

All submissions must be made electronically through the Microsoft CMT conference management system (Link will be available soon).

All papers will be peer-reviewed by at least two independent experts based on relevance, technical quality, originality, and clarity of presentation.

Authors must revise the manuscript in response to reviewer comments.

At least one author must register for each accepted paper for it to appear in the proceedings.

Accepted papers must be presented by at least one registered author.

The certificate of presentation will be given to the presenter only. The presenter must be registered author.

Failure to present will result in the paper being excluded from the final proceedings.

Properly acknowledge all sources and prior work.

Include all individuals who have made substantial contributions as co-authors.

Each Accepted paper must be accompanied by a copyright transfer form signed by all authors.

The organizing committee reserves the right to reject papers that do not conform to formatting or ethical standards.

By submitting a paper, authors agree to abide by the conference policies regarding review, publication, and presentation.

Authors may use AI-assisted tools (e.g., for grammar correction, language polishing, data visualization) only as aids, not as substitutes for original scholarly work.

AI-generated text, images, or code must be transparently disclosed in the acknowledgment or methodology section.

The use of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to generate substantial portions of content, analysis, or interpretation is not permitted.

AI tools cannot be listed as co-authors.
