All poster submissions must be made through the official Microsoft CMT (Conference Management Toolkit) portal.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your poster

Poster Dimensions

Posters should be A0 size (841mm x 1189mm) or A1 size (594mm x 841mm) in portrait orientation. Ensure all content is clearly visible from a distance of 2 meters.

File Format

Submit your poster as a high-resolution PDF file (minimum 300 DPI). The file size should not exceed 10 MB.

Design Guidelines

Use clear, readable fonts (minimum 24pt for body text, 48pt for titles). Maintain good contrast between text and background. Use colors effectively to highlight key information.

Content Structure

Include: Title, Authors and Affiliations, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and References. Keep text concise and use visuals effectively.

Visual Elements

Use high-quality figures, graphs, and tables. Ensure all images are clear and properly labeled. Avoid cluttering the poster with too much information.

Submission Process

Submit your poster abstract and PDF through the Microsoft CMT portal. Include a brief abstract (200-300 words) describing your poster content.

Poster Presentation Requirements

Important requirements and guidelines for poster presenters

Poster abstracts must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT portal before the submission deadline.

All posters and abstracts must be written in English.

Posters should be A0 (841mm x 1189mm) or A1 (594mm x 841mm) size in portrait orientation.

Submit poster as high-resolution PDF (minimum 300 DPI, maximum 10 MB file size).

At least one author must register for the conference for the poster to be included in the program.

Poster presenters must be available during the designated poster session to discuss their work with attendees.

Authors are responsible for printing and bringing their posters to the conference venue.

Posters will be displayed on provided boards. Pins or tape will be provided at the venue.

Posters should be set up before the session begins and removed at the end of the session.

Certificates of presentation will be provided to registered presenters who attend the poster session.

Poster abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings if the presenting author is registered.

Failure to present the poster during the designated session will result in exclusion from the proceedings.

Use clear, professional design with readable fonts and appropriate use of color and visuals.

Focus on key findings and use visual elements (graphs, charts, images) to effectively communicate your research.
